When do Sketchy subscriptions begin and do we have the ability to pause subscriptions?

All product subscriptions are timed subscriptions and begin on the date of purchase. The duration of access you have is dependent on which subscription plan you purchased. Unfortunately, Sketchy does not offer the ability to pause subscriptions for any reason other than when a leave of absence is taken. In this case, valid Leave of Absence documentation will need to be submitted to support@sketchy.com.

Please note, subscriptions that expired more than 6-months from the time you reach out to our support team cannot be extended or paused.
