Why has a video lesson been removed or retired?

We regularly review our videos to ensure that they meet our equity standards and are up-to-date with current medical practices as medicine evolves. We do our best to maintain this level of standard across all of our programs with little impact to our users.

Lessons that have been retired/removed have been replaced with updated content. The old versions are no longer available on Sketchy. We are unable to provide individual accounts access to removed or retired content.

Why is a video lesson or test locked under my account when I have paid subscription access?

Video lesson or test titles that appear with your paid account as locked are unavailable because they are still in the works! However, we have released the titles as locked content to give you a preview of what we expect to release soon with your program.
